Issues with creating an exe that will run...

Hi All,
Odd question, I have built an exe on my main dev platform (Win11 VS2022 64-Bit) and am having issues running on the PC it needs to run on. Which is a Touch Screen Win11 23H2 which is the same as my Dev PC (23H2)...
They are both the same version of Windows (?), if I run it as admin I get the same blue box telling me to ask myself for a compatible version?
HELP!

And works if run off a memory stick? but not the desktop...

What I have tried:

Checking the Build Options ensuring they are set to AnyCPU.
Running FixDotNetXXXXXXXX.

There's nothing to go on in that question. We would need the details on the project, what platform it was targeting in the Project Properties, and the message in this blue box.

Message in the Blue Box "This app can't run on your PC" To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." If I am running the same OS... I don't know what to alter in VS.

4.8 doesn't have many options, so the only thing I can think of that's stopping it from running is the Platform type. You say it's set to Any CPU, but try it explicitly set to x64 or x86 if you've got external .DLL dependencies.
